Kat is an accomplished trainer and nutritionist, working with celebrities, parents, and everyone in between.

Kat’s interest in wellness started with her own journey full of struggles and little answers. Seeking to find the root-cause of her struggles lead her down the path of functional nutrition and she made it her mission to help others get the benefits.

She is Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition with over 15 certifications in fitness and nutrition specialties. She is a fiercely compassionate coach who believes all her clients can achieve anything they set their minds to, as long as they are willing to put in the work. Kat's goal is to tie together her expertise, empathy and passion for habit building into her work with clients so they can feel empowered to do it on their own.

Andrew Hayes

Co-founder + General Manager

Before Alta, Andrew built his career at Apple and Twitter, working with clients like Nike, Peloton, Noom, LoseIt, and MyFitnessPal. From the outside it looked like success… but on the inside, he was running full speed toward a dead end. Long hours, constant output, and chasing the wrong metrics left him burned out and running on fumes.

Andrew’s turning point came when he decided to put his own health above everything else. By focusing on clarity instead of effort, and addressing the root causes of health and performance, he rebuilt his life - creating more room for work, self, and family.

At Alta, Andrew works alongside Kat to design and refine Alta360, their flagship program built with every pillar of success in mind. It’s not about restriction just to hit a goal. It’s about creating the foundation for lasting health  and living a life filled with energy, happiness, and purpose.

How does the Alta360 Program work?

The first step is understand YOU. Are you even a fit for the program based on your goals? If so, then we look closely at your symptoms, your biomarkers, your food patterns, and more. From there, we build a plan custom to you and only you.

Most importantly, your coach will help you execute on this plan by re-building healthy habits that last forever. This is not something you stick to only when we're around. It's the last program you ever buy.

How much does this program cost?

We have few options depending on your goals and needs. Fill out the form to learn more about our programs and chat with a coach about which one makes sense for your current lifestyle and needs.

What if I'm already working with a functional medicine doctor or other practitioner?

That's great! We work closely with many PCPs, Endocrinologists, Functional Practitioners, and more. They rarely are able to offer personalized nutrition help (or the types of labs and analysis we offer). Every bite impacts your biology. No matter what you're experiencing, food and lifestyle are crucial to your success.

How much of this program is a bot vs. talking to a real person?

This entire program is about human connection. We don't use AI or bots. Your coach will be available to you every single day if you need it. If you sign up, you will work directly with Kat or Alexa, both are functional nutritionists with extensive education and experience. This is not a "bait and switch" situation where you get paired with a random assistant coach who doesn't have the right credentials or the ability to deliver on real results.

What if I've tried a program before and it didn't work?

We recommend booking a free call to talk through your specific challenges to see if and how we may be different. The truth is, the information you need is out there. For free. The hard part is doing it consistently and getting it to stick long term. We are built from the ground specifically for full-time workers and parents, so we tailor the advice to your specific needs to make sure the habits stick.
